CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy A valid credit card is required to keep on file in order to book an appointment. Appointments are reserved especially for you. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill that time. • 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee, as it may affect the next scheduled guest.
